Overview of Event Services

An "Event" can be as small as an off-site meeting with minimal A/V requirements, or as large as a multi-day seminar or retreat with multiple presenters and a full compliment of AV services including music, video clips, entertainment, and/or panel discussions.

Types of Event Services
Event Services are often a superset of the video services we offer (when we produce an event for a client, video services are almost always needed in addition). Event Services refer to the myriad pieces that comprise a complete event production. This can include, but is not limited to:

Ü Venue Selection & Reservation
Ü Staging & Set Design
Ü Lighting and Lighting Effects
Ü Audio/Visual:
                       Complete, multi-loudspeaker PA system
                       Projection - front or rear
                       Projection Screen - standard aspect [4x3] or wide [16x9]
Ü Computer A/V Interfaces (for slide shows or video)
Ü Media Clearances (for display or playing of copyrighted material)
Ü Fire Marshall compliance
